This service is most suitable for organization that need continuous but irregular network management and user support. This service is defined by several basic parameters. The parameters are:
Distance from Prague. The short road distance from the Prague city limits with the preferential use of main roads and highways. The price of on-site service delivery and the minimal allowed response time rise along with the distance.
Response time. The maximum duration between the service request and the start of on-site service delivery by the technician. The duration counts only during office-hours (i.e. on working days since 09:00 until 17:00). The price of one hour of on-site delivery decreases with the increase of the response time. The minimal response time in 3 hours within the Prague city limits and rises by one hour with every 50 kilometers of the distance.
Prepaid on-site deliveries denotes the number of prepaid visits of our technician per month. The unit price depends on both the prepaid volume and the distance from Prague.
Prepaid hours of on-site delivery denotes the number of prepaid hours of service on-site delivery per month. The unit price diminishes with the rise of the prepaid volume.
Prepaid distance support and consulting denotes the number of prepaid hours of telephone/e-mail support and consulting.
The increase of the prepaid volume generally diminishes the unit price (until reaching the hard-set limit). Additional units of service are charged according to prepaid unit price (no more price cuts).
