SMEs and large enterprises that use information technologies to achieve their goals need to ensure continuous administration of servers, technologies and user support. Such organizations may decide to outsource network administration instead of maintaining their own IT department.

The full outsourcing of the network administration consists of continuous management/administration/oversight of servers and technologies, regular user support and solving problems whenever they emerge.



The Complexity Index

The Complexity Index (denoted as CI below) indicates how complex the network is (shows difficulty level of its management) therefore the price of some service components is dependent on it. The CI value is a sum of its individual components.
