This service is most suitable for organizations that need to solve some sudden problem with their information technologies (e.g. computer networks). This is usually the case of small organizations which don't employ a full-time network administration.

| travel | 400 | visit | Travel to the place where the service is to be delivered. This basic cost covers the capital Praha, Czech Republic. |
| travel (outside Praha, CZ) | 15 | km | Travel to the place where the service is to be delivered. This price is added to the basic travel cost (see above) and counts from the "end of Praha" traffic sign. |
| basic service | 1.000 | hour (initiated) | Every iniated hour of service delivery during working days 09:00 - 17:00. Technician's arrival 3 hours or more since order placement. |
| surcharge for swiftness | 1.000 | visit | The customer may be charged this surcharge when the customer requires the technician to arrive at latest three hours since order placement. |
| surcharge for off-hours | 500 | hour (initiated) | The customer will be charged this surcharge when the customers requires service delivery during off-hours (except working days 09:00 - 17:00). |
